Hi,
I have done a tiles set for FreeCiv2. It's based on R-Hires and the Worms 
tiles set. Isn't finish, yet. I done it with svg, and I have build some size.

Now you can watch (and test) the Test002 version.

I release the source later, but if any body want it, write me (It's on GPL
