I am attaching an improved Soviet ruleset. Besides improving the
translation, I also added "Great Leader" as a title for Monarchy. I
figure Stalin is the nearest equivalent of a Soviet monarch, so I just
used one of his "titles". Somehow using, say, "The Great Teacher" or
"The best friend of the Soviet sportsmen" seemed less appropriate:)
Egor, if you send me your Russian ruleset, I'll change the English
there too.
