This is done automatically when it is displayed on the web site. However, 
they are displayed here, for all to see: 
http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/freeciv/trunk/doc/PEOPLE?rev=12223&view=auto

Ooops. Even if we change it now, it will be displayed in old versions. I 
am not sure what is a good solution.
