S3_3-alpha3

 I'll release S3_3-alpha3 light-weight-release within the next couple
of weeks. Like usual with lwrs, the release date is not set
beforehand, but the release is made when there's a good moment to make
it.
 We're a bit late with S3_3. To follow the usual timing of our two
year cycles, alpha3 should have been released in the spring already,
and we should also have datafile format freeze already. Our formats
are in quite good shape, but I have barely started the task of
creating the "How to update ..." -documents. Datafile format freeze is
not yet in effect in alpha3 release.
