Internet play

Hello,

A few matters:

1. Connection to zhaba.alkar.net never works. I get mysterious "File not
found". Anyone having similar problems? This is for Windows client (both
1.13.0, and 1.14b1).

2. What's with the players? About 60% of the time for the past 3 weeks that
I've been playing people will either chat for half hour and never play, or
quit in round 4. What a waste of time...

3. Are there groups that play regularly on civserver, and if so, what are
your times and days?
