multi dither patch

Hi,

I'm new to this and just getting things set up on Red hat 7.3. I've
downloaded and installed the latest version, with sound and have it working.

I was looking at additional tilesets and see that some require the "Multi
dither patch" where is this available for download, I can't find it?
