test of new formula

Hi!
I've implemented the new formula for the doranking. (maybe u remember,
this one:

v(i)=3Dp(i) + T*(w(ally1)*s(ally1) + w(ally2)*s(ally2) +...)

). I tested it on the 232329 game, which i described in one of the
previous letters. Here are the results (a bit redundant but it's easier
to see it this way):

1, Points before the game:

Zed: 1416
Mindaugas: 1000
Red Cloud: 1370
Brons: 960
Pango: 856
Ozzy: 966
David: 915
Hirisov: 1658

2, Alliances:

Mindaugas and Zed formed an alliance.
Ozzy and Mindaugas formed an alliance.
Pango and Mindaugas formed an alliance.
(+1 undetectable citygiving, when David gave all his cities to
Mindaugas).=20

3, results w/ original script  (no check for alliances):

Zed: 1466 (+50)
Hirisov: 1633 (-25)
Mindaugas: 997 (-3)
Red Cloud: 1356 (-14)
Brons: 957 (-3)
Pango: 855 (-1)
Ozzy: 963 (-3)
David: 914 (-1)

4, results w/ the new script (C1=3D0.4, C2=3D0.05, N=3D20)

Notes:

1, it can be seen that the players w/o alliances lose less points now.
2, i don't examine chain allies yet!!! So in this result Zed and Pango
doesn't count be allied, althought both of them was allied to Mindaguas.
3, because of 2, Mindaguas loose a lot, as he couldn't win even after
forming 5 allies.

Well it's an extreme example, i'd make tests too w/ other games which
contains (less obvious) gangbangs/alliances.

I'll test teamgames too. i attach the new doranking.log.
