hand_gen.h file ???

Hello,
with all of the last few CVS (including Dec-02) the compilation (after =
succesfully running ./autogen.sh) exits abnormally because it can not f=
ind the file "hand_gen.h". With CVS from Nov-25 everything is ok. What =
is this file?
