some update to a new homepage plan

Hi!

With eneg we add some eye candy to (a possibly:) new version for the
freeciv homepage. You can reach at:

It also has  some working parts now, mainly in the "Online games" box
and some articles are (partly) converted. Still much to do but hope u
like it :) I like palying with it.
