Sorry not to reply sooner but this should be fixed now.
Any volunteers to upgrade the manual to 1.14.1 or even to the
current development version (which has many long-awaited
features such as easy game start for solitary play, AI diplomacy,
more map topologies, on the fly tileset switching)?
