Hey all,

Ok, rndCiv version 0.7.1 is up at
   http://banjo.actrix.com/code/rndCiv/

This version has new unit grafix, the rules only cause a couple of 
warnings (spec_gate can't match Oasis, Rail, Silk or Iron), the games 
are playable, and there's a new Alien Invasion option.
