If so, is it free to re-use under a licence compatible with the GNU GPL that Freeciv is licensed under? For instance, Wikipedia articles are licensed under CC-BY-SA, which is incompatible with the GNU GPL, so we wouldn't be able to distribute anything derived from Wikipedia with Freeciv.
