S2_6 branching

We're just a bit over 24h away from branching S2_6.

If you have write access (commit rights) to freeciv svn, please
respect freeze of TRUNK (and new S2_6 branch) for the duration of
branching preparations. Freeze starts 01.01 22:00 UTC (that's already
branching day 02.01 in EET timezone, which is the one that matters)
and lasts until announced finished (shouldn't take many hours).

I will update-po all translations before branching, so both S2_6 and
TRUNK end up with up-to-date po-files.

Currently xgettext gives a warning about ruledit pl.po:
"pl.po:5: warning: header field 'Language-Team' still has the initial
default value"
That's only a warning, and does not prevent the braching, but it would
be good to get fixed at some point in the pl.po upstream (I've already
fixed it once in freeciv tree, but that gets overwritten when ever we
get new translation in)

http://www.cazfi.net/freeciv/translations/ po-files have been recently
refreshed. Files for no-longer-supported S2_3 branch have been
removed, and TRUNK files separate from S2_6 files will be added soon
as S3_0 directory.

The alien ruleset strings will be removed from S2_6 immediately after
the branching. They will live on in TRUNK/S3_0.
