German translation for S2_5

Hi everyone,

I finished the German translations for S2_5’s core catalogue, and all
nation people names and adjectives in the extended nations
catalogue. Several nation descriptions in the extended catalogue are
still missing, but I will postpone this indefinitely as I have to
concentrate on more important (real-life) stuff for now.

I attached the translations for S2_5 as per the files on cazfi.net to
this email, and apologies that I will not finish the S2_4 translations
and concentrate on S2_5+ instead. While nominally the core translation
is finished, there remains a lot of work still; there are dozens of
messages still using the outdated old German typography that needs to be
updated.
