Now committed to S2_5 and later branches. Sorry for the delay.

Stats on S2_5 after merging with latest code:
freeciv: 99.7%: 6210 translated, 14 fuzzy, 6 untranslated.
nations: 87%: 1606 translated, 238 untranslated.
