Stable branch po-files refreshed on gna.org

 I've uploaded po-files refreshed against current translatable strings
for S2_5 and S2_6 branches to
http://download.gna.org/freeciv/packages/windows/testing/cazfi/translations/
(TRUNK/S3_0 to follow later).

 While making translations myself, I've noticed that even when
translating S2_5, po-files for S2_6 are a big help with fuzzies. The
generation of the files has changed so that S2_6 po-files have the old
version of the msgstr as a comment, so one sees what has changed to
make it fuzzy. When the same change has been made in S2_5 and S2_6, it
might be easier to update string in S2_6 first.
