 My plan is to release 3.0.0-beta2 on Friday 14.5, or, failing that,
Friday 21.5.

 Translation .po files at http://files.freeciv.org/translations/ have
just been refreshed for all branches. There will be no formal string
freeze before a beta release, but regardless there's not much string
changes expected before the release.
