Po-files refreshed

 Po-files at http://files.freeciv.org/translations/ have just been
updated with the latest strings.

 Several string changes have been pushed to S2_6 during the last
couple of days. Now there's no pending patches with string changes for
2.6.5. It's possible that further string changes still turn up as
we're still some way from the string freeze.
 Date for 2.6.5 release has not yet been set, but it's likely to be
one of the weekends 18.6-20.6, 25.6-27.6, 2.7-4.7.
