As we're still targeting 25.6 release, S2_6 is in string freeze now (less than 7 x 24 hours to release). There is https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/42541 still targeted to 2.6.5 that does not touch translatable strings (so will not violate the freeze), but does touch doc/<lang>/README.<lang> files. - ML
