There's already NEWS-2.6.6 draft in http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/NEWS-2.6.6 As I expect to get final patches in early next week, release could be as early as Friday Dec 10th (I can't make it first weekend on December, and we should give it full week of testing time anyway) - ML
