First DE files with new translations

Hi all,

I made my first translations today. I started with different types of texts to see if the translations would be integrated in the game. With most of them it worked. I started with texts in the GUI, general game interface, menus etc.

Examples for changes:

City window elements:
Size: –> Größe: 
Prod: –> Produktion:
Total shield upkeep –> Gesamt-Unterhaltskosten Produktion
Preferred soundset –> Bevorzugtes Sound-Set
etc.

macOS Menus:
Save Map to Image –> Karte als Bild speichern
Zoom in –> Heranzoomen
?gui_type:Build Fort/Fortress/Buoy –> ?gui_type:Befestigung/Festung/Boje bauen
etc.

Geologic sights and special places:
Atoll Chain –> Atoll-Kette
Thermal Vent –> Hydrothermale Quelle
etc.
