DE for 3.0.1

Hi,

here is the DE file.

I mainly focused on marked entries that needed translating and on missing translations. My free time was unfortunately limited. 

I haven't touched the "qualified strings" yet. I need some time to understand the whole process a little better. Therefore: Next update = more translations.
