 The service is up and running on freeciv.org now. Available to people who
requested access (it's not too late to request it now).

 Recorded a video about it, now that it's ready to use.

 I know most of you use po-edit or other proper tools, but I didn't want to
learn to use those just for this video, so I'm using just emacs in po-mode
in it. Didn't try to find a headset either. Hopefully this is
self-explanatory enough without narration.
