Nations domain msgid to get modified directly

 Now that 3.0.5 release is coming out, so any in-progress translations are
(getting) submitted -> nobody has local in-progress translations on coming
weekend, it's good time to fix

 That's about Hessian legend having duplicated " a ", and I plan to fix
that directly in the nations .po file msgids too. Certainly it would make
no sense to make translations fuzzy because of this.
