 If you've got any translations at all done already, I'd like to have them
for getting the bootstrap parts (inclusion of the translation, its
installation, that it appears correctly on Windows Installer etc) exposed
to testing. While 3.0.7 release date has not been set, I don't think we are
far from the point where we start limiting how risky changes we push in.
