 99 tickets have been resolved towards 3.0.8 (
https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/milestone/4033 ) and several are
in review. Some of those fixes are quite important.

 With this amount of content, 3.0.8 should be released relatively soon.
Current plan is to get it out on Friday 30:th June.
 Formal string freeze would start Thursday 22:nd 21:00 UTC.
