 There's no currently known blockers remaining against 3.1.0-beta3, but I
don't know when I will have a chance to make the release. It will likely
come with a short notice, once I have that chance. Also, further changes to
translatable strings are unlikely. You may want to update the translations
now, to be sure not to miss the release.

 2.6.10 and 3.0.9 releases are expected after 3.1.0-beta3. They are likely
to come out during October.
