 I plan to make 3.1.0-RC1 on Friday 23.2, hopefully leading to the final
3.1.0 release on Friday 1.3.
 String Freeze would start 22:00 UTC on Thursday 15.2. Translation updates
are accepted also between the RC and final release, meaning that you have
1+1=2 weeks to update translations between the string freeze and the final
release.
