 There's currently no blockers against 3.1.2 release, and there have
been 102 commits to S3_1 since 3.1.1. It's time to start thinking
about releasing 3.1.2.
 There's a chance that I can make the release already on 5th of July,
with string freeze beginning 27th June 21:00 UTC.
