3.2.0-beta2 & 3.2.0-RC1

 We've had almost no bug reports about 3.2.0-beta1. As we don't seem
to have much left to do before the final 3.2.0 release, I think beta2
will be the last beta, and the next release after it is the RC1
already.
 Beta2 schedule depends heavily on when I would have time to do all
the release related preparations. Content-wise we would be almost
ready to release right now. Anyway, I hope to release beta2 during
April, maybe as early as Friday 4th.
