Thanks for the fix, James.

The consensus does seem to be that we'll stick with 1.3 for now. But I think
as soon as 1.4 is fully released, we should move up.

Well, I fixed the error.  I personally am building it on the 1.4 JDK, but I
understand why we would keep it at 1.3.  I don't think the advantages of 1.4
would help too much on this project, so I wouldn't mind keeping it 1.3,
personally.
