compilation problem

Hello there !

I downloaded the source build from 
http://www.dubh.org/projects/jfreeciv/ I have at work 
cygwin and downloaded the latest ant and the latest jdk 
from sun. It doesnt compile. 
I didnt find the cvs acces on the site mentioned above. Is 
there, any or just the 02/april build?
Can anybody help?
