I suggest you don't exclude houses. A person's house is often the most
convenient place to game since they have their game collection right
there, you do not need to worry about hours, and there is little worry
about disturbing others with noise or geekiness. If you have 2 or more
homes to use then the vacation problem is very minor.

Another benefit of a home: you can bring or order in food.
