So, I'm afraid I'm an outlier for 2013. I've got three 10s from that year but none are in the below list.

So last year, after conducting the election, we decided to do an unofficial re-vote of some of the earlier elections we'd carried out. A lot of people participated and the results were quite interesting, so I thought we'd try to do it again this year. Let's do a retrospective on the 2013, 2008, 2003, and 1998 elections. We'll start with 2013.
