Note that Europa Tour includes 10 Days in Africa and 10 Days in the USA, which are very similar games.

 

There were five games from 2003 that didn’t get nominated that are currently in the top 1000 on the Geek.  Here they are; if anyone seconds them, they’ll get added to the list:
