I'd add http://www.boiteajeux.net/ to the list. Like yucata.de and spielbyweb primarily PBeM, but has good games. BoardGameArena has both on-line or turn based as an option. It is getting a little bit hammered at the moment, as they all are. Actually does anyone know why Dixit has become *hugely* popular on boiteajeux.net recently? Perhaps it got mentioned in the media. It has gone from a handful of games waiting to start to hundreds, where as most of the other games are at pre-Corona level.
