The site is back up. It was due to miscommunication between me and the
folks running the datacenter about a necessary IP address change.
Basically I thought they said "Do X before June 16th or we will shut off
your webserver", but what they actually said was "Do X and tell us that you
did X before June 16th or we will shut off your webserver". So I did X on
June 7th, but failed to tell them, and so they shut off the server.
The server might go down again if there are other problems (e.g., maybe I
didn't do X correctly).
