Spielfrieks going away tomorrow

Looks like things are finally ending here for Spielfrieks, since Yahoo
is cutting things off tomorrow. I'm not sure of the specific timing, but
I would assume that by midnight, US Pacific time today, if not sooner,
this list will cease to exist.
Thanks to everyone who has participated here for so many years,
including admins and list owners, and especially to everyone who has
been involved in all of the discussions over the years.
There isn't a specific plan to continue the group elsewhere that I'm
aware of. Feel free to post a new message here if you have started
something that you think members may like to join. There are a lot of
members of this list who don't receive email notifications, just read on
the web, that haven't logged in for years. Only people who are receiving
emails directly will likely see this. Yahoo stripped most of the
administration controls for the group months ago, so I haven't been able
to approve messages that are queued for posting and so on. So, if you
have previously sent messages, you can still post through the end of
today, otherwise, they will probably go nowhere.
I'll leave it to Larry Levy to announce what, if anything, will be
happening with the Meeples Choice Awards in the future.
Good luck with all of your future gaming. I'll hopefully see you all on
BGG and elsewhere.
