As for CMake, you're right, it's a powerfull build system, and far more multi-platform than we need ... but there would be some work to switch ! And I'm not sure this is the real priority now ... Anyway, to be back on the Windows VC 6 build, I'm pretty sure we'll have at least to come to use multi-threaded DLL run-time lib one day, and may be the SDL port will be the trigger. And for sure, there will be no other choice for the internet gaming project ...
