TORCS icon tangofied for Linux and Windows

Hello,

i finished the tangofied TORCS icon and created all required resources
for Linux and Windows.
The package contains:
- Linux icon in subfolders 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, scalable
- Windows multiformat icon (24bpp and 32bpp colordepth) for 16px,32px
and 48px 
- the readme.txt /FreeArt license)
