reseting car position

Hi,
I've started playing with reinforcement learning by writing my own robot
for TORCS. However, maybe someone has any idea how could I reset the
car's position to move it to the middle of the track if it stuck on the
wall ? I do not think about going backwards and so on, just use 'god's
hand' and move the car. I've also not seen such option in the regular
game. Maybe there is a possibility of doing this by setting some
particular variable inside the structure or sth ?
