Start Problems TORCS 1.3.1

Hi,

i have compiled (with out errors) and installed TORCS 1.3.1 with 
bernwi's tutorial for robot programming.
But when i type "torcs" or "./torcs" i get these error:

And when i install TORCS 1.3.1 from the repository form Ubuntu, it works 
fine...

For Infos:
OS: Ubuntu 10.10 64 Bit
Notebook: Dell e4300

Can someone help me?
