Hi Yes, because it is not in the path. You can use a shortcut for /home/myhomefolder, this is ~, that makes it a bit shorter or you could define an alias in your shell startup file (e.g. in .bashrc, sometimes there is also read a .alias file, then you can define it there), with bash you get help with "help alias" or man alias.
