Hi In this case you need to increase the break pressure. If it is too low the car overshoots the halting point and the pit does not capture. I am aware of this, but for now just increase the break pressure. To test it you can do a blind practice session with 100-200 laps, so you see very quickly if it worked, or you take TORCS 1.3.4-test1 or newer and speed up to 128 times real time.
