Hi Poul

No, the patch is not included into "stock" TORCS from the TORCS site, 
but I guess they plan to port it to 1.3.4, see

Nobody asked for integration so far, I did not review and think about it 
so far, but maybe it happens some day.

I do not know any details, I just loosely follow here and then some news 
about it (because they do really cool stuff, and it is nice to see when 
TORCS gets actually used), but you can ask about it in the group above, 
or have a look at the documentation provided here:

 From the Videos I have seen on youtube I would guess that it is 
possible to have remote clients only, but the visualization happens just 
on the server, as far as I saw it, but I might be wrong.
