This really depends on what you are doing, you have to figure that 
out;-) Just placing the files into the directories is not enough for cpp 
files, you need to add it to the project for getting it compiled.

When I have such problems I am looking for "analogies" in the code, e.g. 
look/understand how an existing header gets included, then adopt 
accordingly.
