No, that's where the error is coming.

On running this  - /home/USER/local/bin/torcs . I get this error.

"/home/USER/local/lib/torcs/torcs-bin: symbol lookup error:
/home/USER/local/lib/torcs/lib/libtgf.so: undefined symbol:
XML_ParserCreate"
