Vorbis Problem

Good afternoon.

I've got some several problems when i try to execute this command to install Torcs 1.3.6
./configure # --prefix="target dir", --enable-debug or --disable-xrandr might be of interestAnd i install all packages that i found in the Internet but i've got this problem and i don't know how to solve.

I use Ubuntu 14.04 and i've got all packages installed as i said.
