[ttdpatch] Announce: Changes to TTDPatch Announcements list

Hello TTDPatch enthusiasts,

Since the last couple of months have been so quiet, I'll make it up by 
sending two messages to this mailing list.  This first one is to announce a 
change in my policy of what to send to the announcements list.  In the 
future (starting today with my second email), I will announce new alpha 
versions at this list too, but not more than once a week.

For those who want to keep this list really *really* low volume as it was, 
I'll prefix all posts to the list, so you can filter out what you want to 
receive.  The subject of the messages will all look like this one:

[ttdpatch-announce] Tag: Subject-line

The "Tag:" part can be one of the following:

Announce: A general announcement about the list, such as this
Alpha: Announcing a new alpha version
Beta: Announcing a new beta version
Release: Announcing a new release version
Related: Announcing software related to TTDPatch
News: General news about TTDPatch

Please send any comments, concerns or constructive criticism either to me 
directly, or the general TTDPatch mailing list.  Note that pressing "reply" 
will by default go to the mailing list.
