Announce: Mailing lists will be down for a while

Hi all,

This is to let you know that I'll be moving to a new city once again.
Since I'll be taking my computers with me, including the server that runs
the patch mailing lists, the lists will be down until I'm settled.

They will be taken down on Sunday afternoon (Jan 23) and remain down for
at least a week, possibly two weeks depending on how fast I can get an
internet connection there.

This move is also the reason why alpha 43 has not had any progress yet
because I've been too busy organising everything.  Let's hope I'll have a
bit more time when the move is done!
